Daniel Amekudzi brings 30 years of HR & training experiences spanning multiple industries, sizes of businesses, state and privately owned enterprises.

Daniel’s career in designing and delivering training began with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited as HR operations manager. This was a greenfield operation and experience and involved moving a company previously state owned to a highly competitive one operating in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Tasked with turning the sales team around in partnership with the sales manager we were given a 3-inch thick sales force program to implement. This resulted in moving the per capita servings in the country from 3 servings to 7 servings per person. This is when the training bug struck. And this is when Daniel honed his passion for enabling organizational culture that embraces its human resource as the most important asset.

As HR Manager, Talent and Recruitment of the National Health Insurance Authority, Daniel developed the final blueprint for the Performance Management System, rolled it out with training and implementation for head office employees and then county-wide across the ten regions of Ghana at the time.

Prior to current role as a managing partner, Daniel served as HR Head/HR Manager for Primex Ghana Limited, Conserveria Distribution Ghana Limited and GB Foods Ghana in the FMCG industry. Key training focused on instituting a new Management by Objectives and Focus on Performance System in a company that had undergone various changes in ownership. Second key training was on implementation of the Code of Conduct for all employees of the company which required driving the compliance program with training and certification.

Daniel holds a BSc. in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School (previously School of Administration) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development from the University of Cape Coast and Organization Capacity Improvement Consultants International. In addition, he is a TPMA Certified Trainer from the IFC and Learning Performance Institute and holds an MA in Small Business Management from University of Education, Winneba / Methodist University College, Ghana. He has interests in compliance issues and leveraging compliance for efficiency, business growth, success and sustainability.

He serves on the National Education Board of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ghana as the Chairman and chairs the St. Paul’s Lutheran Compassion Assisted Project in Ghana.
