Elfreda K. Sheriff is the founder of KilSah Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that provides business development services for MSMEs in sub-Saharan Africa. With over seventeen years of working in the private sector, she founded KilSah to support economic growth and promote job creation in Africa. She has experience in areas ranging from business development, operations management, strategy development, MSMEs management, entrepreneurship, international business, and private sector policy advising.

Elfreda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Management from Kennesaw State University. She also holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Strategy Management, an MBA in International Business and an MSc in International Policy Management from Kennesaw State University.
