Mary Bennett is the managing partner at INGENIO Capital, a learning and development consultancy and also the learning and development manager at Tullow Oil. She is an accomplished international consultant well versed in the Gestalt approach to leadership and organization and systems development. A seasoned human resources practitioner, Mary has over 20 years experience in the areas of training, facilitation, learning and development, organization and systems development, leadership development, talent management, change management, coaching, HR operations among others.

Mary believes that creating awareness in any system is a unique catalyst for real change and builds her offering around this. This approach has enabled real impact in organisations she has worked and consulted for in Ghana, the UK, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Hungary, South Africa, Kenya and Uganda.

Mary is an IFC - LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, an Insights Discovery practitioner and a trained SHL Assessor, an ILM Certified Learning and Development Professional and a Crucial Conversations Trainer. Mary is experienced in using psychometric tests and self awareness tools in recruitment, selection and in the development of employees and leaders. Mary has developed and run talent programs, leadership development programs, soft skills programs and facilitated self awareness and self development programs centered on Insights Discovery and Crucial Conversations for diverse and international delegates. Mary has developed and run professional mentoring programs for internal as well as external participants globally.

Mary holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College (London). She has an advanced certificate in marketing and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
