I have five years of experience in the administrative & capacity building field, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Aden University (awarded in June 2010).

I have a strong background in HR and project management. As a trainer, I have been teaching personal skills, HR and accounting as part of the IFC's Business Edge program (these hours have totaled 700 hours) and conducted training for ILO and UNDP (training hours totaled 900).

I have successfully trained:
- 400 participants in project management for SOUL organization in Economic Empowerment Project funded by the government of Japan
- 136 participants in project management for Care international, an international NGO, as part of Women Empowerment project funded by H&M foundation
- 180 participants in project management for Social Development Fund as part of the rural development project
- 1,200 participants in small project skills and project management for Ability for Human Investment, a national CSO foundation
- many NGO & INGO participants in personal skills, personal productivity, planning and customer service

I also provided consulting services for:
- 40 projects in business continuity management for the Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service (SMEPS)
- 300 beneficiaries in project management for small project plans

For more than five years, I worked as an apprenticeship and job placement coordinator at Yemen Education for Employment. My most recent assignment has been with the CRS Catholic Relief Services, an international NGO, where I work as a consultant and coordinator of organization's funded project to the south of Yemen.
