Moses Odipo is an astute career banker with over eighteen years’ experience in banking and four years in management, strategic leadership and business development. Previously held roles include business manager in customer service and operations management. He has gained experience and competence across various disciplines under business growth areas, people management (performance management, leadership and talent development), business risk and compliance, change management, channel optimization, card business, mobile banking and agency banking, among others.

In his tenure in the bank Moses has championed financial inclusion for customers at the bottom of the pyramid by developing products and services to serve this niche of clientele. Currently he is serving the MSMEs in the clubs category.

He believes in strong leaders doing things and being reliable and competent and accountable for results and effectiveness. He works with KCB as the club manager of Kenya’s largest and most profitable bank in East Africa with over 10 million customers, 200 branches and 12,000 agents.

Moses holds a bachelor's degree in horticulture and a master’s degree in project planning and management. He is also a certified IFC-LPI TPMA trainer.
