Stanley is an astute career banker with over 13 years of experience in banking and 9 years at the management level. Previously held roles include back office, operations, customer care, personal banking, credit management, business banking (SME) & relationship management (SME, affluent & agribusiness). Stanley has gained experience and competence across various disciplines, including business growth, people management, leadership, business risk, compliance, credit, among others.

In his position in the bank Stanley has championed financial inclusion for customers at the bottom of the pyramid (women proposition & farmers- agribusiness) by developing products and services to serve this niche of clientele.

He believes in being a leader, working with little supervision, and being accountable, competent and reliable in the workplace.

Currently, Stanley holds the position of a relationship manager at KCB - Kenya’s largest and most profitable bank in East Africa.

Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc) from Maseno University, Kenya, & has various certificates in credit/financial analysis, SME banking, relationship management & bank operations courses.

He is also a certified IFC-LPI TPMA trainer.
