Nwamaka Onyiuke is the founder and CEO of Protégé Professionals, a firm aimed at improving the quality of the workforce in Africa by helping people reach their full potential through training, coaching, mentoring and helping MSMEs create the right structures in their businesses. She is also a faculty lecturer of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan African University (Lagos Business School).

She is a UK certified performance coach, international facilitator, business consultant and HR strategist. Her clients range across different sectors - finance, automobile, telecoms, construction, e-commerce, oil and gas, media, fashion and beauty. Her experience spans over 25 years. Before devoting her work full-time to Protégé Professionals, Nwamaka served for ten years as organisational leadership coach at Ford Finance Plc, a Fortune 500 company.

Nwamaka has co-contributed to two UK published books, Enhancing Graduate Impact in Business and Management and Developing Successful Diversity Mentoring Programmes.

Nwamaka is a certified IFC-LPI trainer (International Finance Corporation/Learning & Performance Institute). She holds a master’s degree in human resource development from Middlesex University UK, a diploma in life coaching from the UK College of Life Coaching (now Coaching Academy) and a degree in English and literature from the University of Benin, Nigeria.

Nwamaka also lectured part-time in Middlesex University UK on their flagship HR Masters Induction Programme and has spoken at the renowned international EMCC Conference (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Nwamaka is passionate about helping people discover what they are good at and has a vision to transform the lives of one million people in the next 10 years.
