My name is Redha Hageb. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I have extensive experience in project management, field team-leading, monitoring, evaluating and capacity building with six international non-governmental organizations and local civil society organizations. My most recent assignment has been as a program manager at RGH Consulting, a third-party monitoring company.

In terms of capacity building, I was trained and/or certified as a trainer by Promoting Youth Civic Engagement (PYCE) project, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Generations For Peace (GFP), and International Labor Organization (ILO).

In my training journey during 2010-2020, I have built the capacity of more than 1,500 trainees in the fields of:
• administrative science,
• entrepreneurship,
• personal skills,
• peace building, and
• monitoring and evaluation.

I believe that trainers play an important role in shaping our future.
