I have a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in business administration in strategy. I have 14 years of experience in banking sales marketing and operations. Three of these years have been in offering non-financial services for MSME to ensure that their journey to growth is as seamless as possible.

One of the ways we offer non-financial services is through training. I am passionate about the growth of business people through practice and application of things taught, as well as those learnt doing the actual business itself. Learning is a continuous process.

I am involved in the collecting success stories from our Kenyan MSMES’s documenting their journeys from others to learn. This is put in a yearly publication. I facilitate female training to empower women to greater heights of success in the MSME space whether as business owners or business managers to ensure that we are including everybody in the growth of businesses hence the growth of the economy.
