Olusola Jegede (Sola) is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and Haggai Leadership Institute. He is a chartered accountant and a professional financial consultant with over twenty five years of experience, offering the following services: business management training, entrepreneur support, mentoring/coaching, feasibility studies and business plans, business exposure & business planning, business formalization or reorganization, change management, marketing plan, market Information & market research, financial management, strategy development, operational improvement services, and leadership training.
Apart from a career in education, finance and banking, and non-governmental organization, Sola has actively served as a business service provider for various organizations and individuals in the last 15 years. These include Cordaid Netherland, Cordaid Sierra Leone, the African Foundation for Development in Sierra Leone (AFFORD-SL), Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, Impact Hub Freetown - Fellowship, and various other organizations and individuals. I have also served as a technical expert and specialist for the World Health Organization, UNICEF, several banks, hotels, embassies, government agencies, etc. These services span the agricultural, service, health, education, manufacturing, public, and trading sectors. These service opportunities in technical skills, people empowerment, and leadership development have enriched my experience in many industries.
Sola is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Sierra Leone (ICASL). He had served on various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He is the principal consultant of Prime Heights Associates (PHA SL) Ltd., a company with a vision to add value to all its clients and stakeholders. PHA’s core training services include leadership & management development training, people management training, entrepreneurial development and training, social empowerment, inventory management and control, business, and strategic services, etc. PHA provides tailor-made solutions for our clients, building on the strong analytical and interpersonal skills of our staff. This usually involves meeting with the company's management, preparing a proposal, carrying out research, analysis, and assessment of growth scenarios and options, and making recommendations that enable the management team to make more informed decisions.
