With a post graduate degree in project management, I have a diverse and rich experience in training, coordination and project management. I am an IFC-certified Business Edge trainer who has delivered numerous training and ToTs all over the country. Currently working as a senior manager at capacity building at Empowerment thru Creative Integration (ECI), I am not only managing large-scale roll-outs and projects, but also work on developing experiential training curriculum. To date, I have successfully trained many professionals to enhance their capacities as human resource from varying domains and fields. With more than 15 years (overlapping) experience of professional training and facilitation services in diverse set of thematic areas spanning over enterprise development, human resource development, education, agriculture development, gender, peace and life skills, for microfinance institute MFIs, I have a good command of online course delivery techniques and the technology.
