Trainer

FIDA Conseil, Management & Training consultants firm was founded in 2005, and is led by Michel Nzitsa, a chartered accountant and a former student of Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM, Paris France). Michel is a certified IFC-LPI TPMA trainer (this is a joint certification by IFC and the Learning & Performance Institute, Training Performance Monitoring & Assessment).

Michel started working with IFC in early 2000 with the initiative PEP Africa. He conducted several full-fledged capacity-building assignments for a range of enterprises in the private sector, including SMEs, and for IFC, both locally and internationally. In 2013, he was promoted to become a Financial Management Specialist (FMS) for Cameroon, Gabon and Central African Republic (CAR) by the World Bank, Cameroon Country Office. His main duties included: (a) carrying out financial management supervision of projects; (b) reviewing audited financial statements; (c) reviewing interim financial reports (IFRs), and (d) reviewing specific projects’ transactions.

Before joining IFC, for more than 15 years, Mr. NZITSA worked in leading multinational companies, such as Coopers & Lybrand and Constantin. He started as a staff assistant and became an area manager and a chief of the training department. During this period Mr. NZTSA attended several company-organized and external training workshops in the fields of marketing, finance, accounting, audit, general management, project management, training, etc.

FIDA Conseil underlying business approach is to provide training as a business solution; hence, creative business models are customized, localized and integrated with the country, individual and companies cultures to fulfill the company's objectives and individual needs. These creative training models range from addressing the large corporates' performance gaps to developing their value chains, customized packages for SMEs and comprehensive diplomas for individuals. The process includes Training Need Assessment (TNA), Train of Trainers (ToT), Coaching, Train of Assessors (ToA), recruitment, assessment & certification of trainers, Designing Instructional materials (ID), Customization & localization, Training Delivery (TD), and Training Impact Assessment (TIA).

FIDA Conseil also provides assistance to SMEs in accounting, fiscal and social duties, management, and internal control.

J'ai une expérience de plus d'une quinzaine d'années dans des cabinets d'expertise comptable et d'audit de dimension internationale à l'instar de Coopers & Lybrand et de Constantin. J'ai eu à exercer les fonctions de MANAGER Audit et de Chef de département formation. Passionné par les activités de formation et de coaching, je suis assez rigoureux dans l'application des normes, seule gage de la réussite dans un environnement en perpétuelle mutation.
