Rania is a multicultural business consultant, trainer and project manager. She helps leaders achieve change through assessing organizational needs, rethinking business models, adopting new strategies, and learning relevant skills.

Rania has 23 years of operational, supervisory and consulting experience in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, banking, movie production, business consulting and not-for-profit. Over the last 15 years, she focused her efforts on adult and accelerated learning. She received recognition for her ability to understand clients’ needs, design and deliver relevant skills programs, plan and execute complex interventions, and build strong and lasting relations with her clients.

Rania has considerable experience in emerging and fragile markets, she worked extensively in the Middle East and Africa and provided services in parts of Asia. She is an MBA holder, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a student working towards her Master of Arts in Educational Technology degree. She is committed to promoting economic development and continuous learning.
