Nassar is an experienced management professional with over sixteen years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, financial management, operations management, and project management of large organizations in Pakistan. He has a wide-ranging exposure in service industries including education, training, management consulting, insurance, marketing, and research.

Presently, he is part of the management and faculty of Management Development Institute (MDi). He has taught subjects on accounting and corporate finance to the masters and bachelors students of MDi.

He has conducted training programs for executives of various public and private sector organizations including Islamic Relief, Pakhtunkawa Hydro Power Development Organization (PHYDO), Total Parco, The First Microfinance Bank, Rhode & Schwarz, Harris Communications, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and OMV Pakistan among others. He has also produced business training content for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that strengthens the management skills of the owners, managers, and staff of these SMEs.

Nassar is an IFC-trained trainer for the delivery of IFC training courses.
