I am an assistant lecturer at Eduardo Mondlane University, an animal science researcher, a project manager and a climate change mitigation and adaptation consultant

I have 10 years of working experience in the higher education, 4 years of experience as academic manager and 9 years of experience monitoring the the quality standards of professional education in Mozambique.

In 2019, I got certified as an IFC-LPI trainer. In addition, I have also completed an international training program on climate change adaptation and mitigation, organized by the Sweden International Development Agency (SIDA).

In 2018, I won the innovation competition grant awarded by the Australian government, that allows me to follow my passion and give back to the community by empowering farmers with tools to improve food and nutrition security, from the production stage to the final stage, using ecological approaches to integrate small livestock and vegetables to improve household food and nutrition security, income and nutrient cycle in the ecosystem (https://www.australiaawardsafrica.org/news/alumni-small-grant-team-empowers-mozambican-farmers).

In 2017, I received an award in the Young African leadership Initiative (YALI) and accomplished a certification in a public administration and good governance.

My personal goal is to improve peoples lives, especially by helping the rural communities to achieve sustainability. I believe preparedness to respond to future events is a key for livelihood development for the most vulnerable communities.

Recently, I have embraced a new challenge "dialogue for peace building", as a project manger of the project named "Young Power for Peace and Prosperity". The project aims to empower youth with professional skills and give them tools to become leaders and agents of change in their communities.
