My name is Zemichael Tesfamariam Kebte. I have been in the banking industry for the past 21 years total, and for 10 years in the managerial position, in particular. Currently, I am working as a branch manager at Enat Bank Share Company.

I am a hardworking person. I graduated with M. Sc. (4.0 CGPA) and I aim to leverage the acquired academic knowledge and proven analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to successfully convert it to fruitful results. Frequently praised as results-oriented by my peers, I can be relied upon to help company achieve its goals.

Throughout my banking experience, I have given various job training to more than 100 employees in my branch. In addition to that, I have mentored and coached various staff and helped them join the management group of the bank.

I was very successful at reducing my branch's expenses by more than 25%, while I was working at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Bank of Abyssinia, and Bunna International Bank. Moreover, I achieved my deposit mobilization target for the past 7 years in a row for my current employer. In addition, I am successful at mentoring branch staff and helping them manage their respective branches properly and efficiently.

I am a kind of person who loves travelling around the world. I have been to many countries in the past 10 years, having exposed myself to the multicultural environment. I am a father of four, and having quality time with my wife and children has been the best part of my life. My other hobbies include watching football and reading motivational literature.
