She is also a certified IFC-LPI trainer and successfully developed quality training materials for variety products and services supporting small and medium enterprises for over 6 years. She is experienced in delivering wide range of soft skills, human resources and customer services management training courses. She works as a human resource business consultant providing professional services on MSMEs business development, human resource management, event planning, and capacity development.
