I am an experienced and passionate IFC-LPI certified facilitator with extensive corporate training experience, who is confident with all forms of instructional delivery, from classroom-led to one-to-one tuition and demonstration seminars for large groups. I specialize in delivering human resource management, soft skills, personal productivity and customer care modules in addition to high-quality, professional Microsoft end-user applications training. I am a Microsoft certified professional (office specialist) and have over 10 years of experience in training delivery and courseware development as well as floor walking and roll-out project experience.

My recent scope of work has included:

- small group and one-to-one mentoring and business advisory coaching sessions with MSMEs from the Cherie Blair Foundation program and Stanbic IBTC Bank customers, analyzing small business processes and re-designing for greater efficiencies.

- facilitating online learning for the Cherie Blair Foundation program participants, equipping female entrepreneurs with practical business education and financial literacy;

- delivery of high impact workshops on human resource management and personal productivity modules to corporate organizations and SMEs on government and international agencies sponsored programs, using the IFC (World Bank) curriculum and methodology;

- reviewing and customization of courseware for specific sector (e.g. schools leadership development) workshop participants;

- designing assessments for workshop participants.

Prior to relocating to Nigeria in 2015, I worked with a global energy company in the UK for several years in various departments where I was exposed to working with multicultural teams which enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills. My industry experience has enabled me to provide business solutions to SMEs in the areas, such as governance, process re-design, policy development, brand visibility and online content development.

In my personal time, I train NGOs in optimizing their Microsoft Office skills, basic HR practices and office procedures. I also run capacity-building and entrepreneurial seminars for young people to empower them for success.
