I am a target focused professional specialized in Ethiopia since 2004. My strength is to communicate on all levels, from top level officials to poorest of the poor, where I am able to transfer messages and provide a voice to the voiceless.

Transferring and connecting knowledge is a theme in my career, in which I developed myself from teacher to independent international social entrepreneur in the area of community engagement, education and business development for social enterprises considering impacts (for communities and environment).

My core qualities are identifying strategic solutions and constructing strong teams to do the work. I do this through development of training plans for teams and individual leaders through participatory assessment methods, where clear goals are used.

I do have a broad network and am fascinated by dynamic development processes of organisations that are moving in societies and communities. It is in these processes key to identify the skills within a team and build upon that.

An additional experience is that my training skilss are combined with fieldwork, so I have built up a lot of practice and can easily relate to the reality of trainees. Companies are requesting me to do Environmental and Social Impact Assessments or advice them on corporate community outreach programs as part of Corporate Social Responsibility.
