Shaif Ali Mohammed Al-Ansi is a business development consultant and certified trainer in life skills and entrepreneurship. He has many experiences and skills that he acquired through working in administration and human resources. He manages "Shaif Foundation for Consulting and Development", based in Sana'a, with training programs to cover all parts of the Republic of Yemen and other Arab countries. He worked as a consultant for training and development in several local Yemeni and international institutions. He participated in the implementation of many projects and training programs, including:
- Training and business development project for the solar energy sector - off-grid.
- Worked with the Musanada Foundation for Development and UNOPS, with funding from the World Bank.
- Project to address and prevent the exploitation and abuse of children and illiterate and semi-literate women in Yemen
- Worked with the Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (Entrepreneurship) with IOM funding
- Oversaw The Youth Entrepreneurship Project implemented by the Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (Riyada) with European Union funding and Silatech.
- Training project for unemployed youth and working women (FOLIP) for illiterate and semi-illiterate children and women
- Worked with the Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship with financing by the Islamic Development Bank and the Social Fund for Development
- Livelihood Improvement Project / Near Illiteracy, implementation of the Good Coalition for Humanitarian Relief.
