Ismail A Azeez has MBA, BA (So. Sc.), Ph.D. in Mgt. (Reading), NDTHRD, ACTP (ICF), DYDW (Commonwealth), ACS, DICS(UK). He is a licensed trainer for Business Edge™ & CGAP, Certified NLP practitioner.
Azeez is a trilingual trainer, management consultant, performance/leadership coach, and a master of ceremonies/moderator with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate, development, and the public sector. Azeez has facilitated more than 650 events including training workshops, planning sessions, event moderations, and mass mobilization/campaigns. Azeez has inspired over 100,000 individuals including corporate staff, senior government officers, and staff and clients of banks, NGO, and SME groups in deferent groups general public, such as community groups, principals, teachers, and students, etc. Azeez is interested in dealing with diverse subjects related to modern business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and human capital development through a comprehensive list of advanced soft skills. He has conducted workshops and training programs under a wide range of subjects within these scopes.

Azeez is reading for his Ph.D. in management, specializing in the field of strategic human resource management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, he holds an MBA from the University of Cardiff Metropolitan and has earned a BA in Social Sciences with a second upper. He is an ICF accredited coach. He has also completed National Dip in Training and Human Resource Development (IPM), Dip in Youth in Development Work (Commonwealth), International Dip in Computer Studies (NCC – UK) and ACS – Australia. He is a licensed trainer for IFC’s Business Edge™ and is certified as training assessor and instructional designer. His qualifications also include CGAP licensed trainer for microfinance accountancy/ financial analysis, nucleus certified business counselor, certified to conduct progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) and British Council trained professional presenter. Azeez is also a certified NLP practitioner. He has held senior management positions in the Private Sector and in the Development Sector.
