Seoka Dikhing is a certified business coach, business advisor, trainer, and the founder of GrowthPATH business coaching, a duly registered company that is passionate about enterprise and supplier development for emerging SMME’s. The company’s advisory services are focused on coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting. GrowthPATH’s business development support services cover access to the business development, access to markets and access to funding. Seoka is known as “Coach”, and in other circles, he is referred to as “The Maestro”, all because of his renowned passion for fostering profitable, sustainable, and enduring excellence amongst businesses and organizations where he is graced with the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Seoka is currently working on a number of ESD projects across South Africa, partnering with other reputable entities, such as Tushiyah Advisory Services and GIBS Enterprise Development Academy, both of which specialize in enterprise and supplier development, as well as Thekvest Group, which specializes in business consulting services.

Prior to venturing into business coaching in July 2013, Seoka had an illustrious career of 27 years in the corporate world, from humble beginnings as an electrician in the mining industry, through to corporate boardrooms as a highly regarded Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist. Along the way, his responsibilities covered areas such as Corporate Account Management (Sales and Marketing); ICT Regulatory Affairs (Regulatory Licensing and Liaison, Comparative Analysis and Business Development); Service Management (Corporate Customer Relations and Project Management); Training & Development (Lecturing and Courseware Development).

He has played instrumental roles in a number of strategic business re-engineering projects and high-level due diligence engagements across Africa, often receiving achiever awards such as The CEO’s Outstanding Sales Achievement, for his value-adding performance.

Seoka is a qualified electrician, a technician (N-Diploma, Light Current), and he has completed post-graduate studies with the University of Pretoria (Post Grad Dip, Tertiary Education), Rand Afrikaans University (BEd Hons), University of South Africa (PGD, Telecoms and Information Policy), University of Stellenbosch, Management Development program) and University of North West (Advanced Business Skills for Young Entrepreneurs). He has attended short courses with other reputable providers, both in and out of the country. Seoka obtained his Business Coaching Certification from ActionCOACH Business Coaching in Las Vegas, USA. He also obtained his Business Advisor Certification from GrowthWheel Inc, and Training of Trainers from Business Edge, both of which are renowned pioneers in the ESD space.

Seoka is a competent toastmaster, a member of Potch-Tlokwe Chamber of Commerce’s Committee on local economic development and a Director of Dedicated Giving in the Anglican Diocese of Matlosane.
