Samba has been working with IFC since 2014 as a consultant and he is a valuable member of the Guinea team. He has more than seven years of experience in the mining sector. Prior to joining IFC in 2014 as a consultant on local content and community development, he was employed as a geological engineer for Bellzone mining in Guinea.

Samba holds a master’s degree in Geology from the University of Bangui in 2010. Samba also obtained trainer certification in health and safety and the trainer performance monitoring and assessment certification from the WBG’s Learning and Performance Institute (LPI).
In his spare time, Samba loves coaching young graduates to get their first job.
