- ED curriculum development and rolling out consultancies: coordinator of YouLead ED curriculum translation into local languages; lead trainer of the Training of Trainers program conducted in respect of rolling out of the above curricula;

- Telecommunication service providers’ retailer network development training: conducting about 280 ED training performing a senior trainer role for Dialog Axiata Retailer Development program, Sri Lanka (under a World Bank consultancy offered by IFC)

- State, Semi-Government, NGO, and Private Sector Entrepreneurship programs: conducted over 400 ED training and soft skills training to different target groups of the above organizations;

- 14 years of experience as a Senior Trainer in entrepreneurship and enterprise development, soft skills, money management, and participatory rural appraisal approaches.
