Sandra Ihenacho: Africa’s Leading Voice on Training Transfer Effectiveness | Creator of the TTE-OS | CEO, M.Bryan Consulting Limited | Convener, ITTEC

Sandra Ihenacho is a scholar-practitioner, global trainer, and Africa’s leading voice on Training Transfer Effectiveness. She is the CEO of M.Bryan Consulting Limited, a human capital development organization that helps organizations ensure that knowledge and skills gained from training are consistently applied on the job to produce measurable performance improvements and business impact. 

She is the creator of the proprietary Training Transfer Effectiveness Operating System (TTE-OS), which comprises two models and one framework:

• The Needs Validation Process (NVP) Model
• The Pre-, During-, Post-Training Transfer Effectiveness (PDP) Model
• The Training Transfer Effectiveness Sustainability Framework (TTE-SF) 

Through the TTE-OS, Sandra helps organizations validate whether training is the appropriate solution, design and execute training for workplace application, and embed the conditions required to sustain Training Transfer Effectiveness across their people, processes, and environment and culture. 

Sandra is also the Convener of the International Training Transfer Effectiveness Conference (ITTEC) and a pioneer of the Training Transfer Effectiveness Movement across Africa, advancing her mandate to make Training Transfer Effectiveness a Standard, not an Exception. 

Her professional credentials include IFC-Certified Master Trainer in Facilitating Learning, IFC-LPI TPMA Assessor and Trainer, Certified Transfer Designer, Kirkpatrick Certified Professional—Bronze Level, Transformational Coach, and Group and Team Coach. She is also a signatory to the IFC Principles for Learning. 

With more than 17 years of professional experience, Sandra has designed and delivered learning interventions for organizations across different sectors, reaching more than 15,000 participants. She also supports organizations through diagnostics, consulting, capability development, coaching, mentoring, and the facilitation of strategy and visioning sessions. 

Sandra also serves as a resource person at the Lagos Business School.
