Huru Consult is a Kenyan-based management and training consulting company founded by Caroline Nyamwaya Mwazi in 2007, following her 16-year career in banking, 8 of which were in management roles in corporate banking.
She started Huru Consult to share her profound business knowledge and skills gained through experience analyzing and lending with corporate clients as a corporate analysis, manager’s assistant and corporate relationship manager.
Huru Consult serves clients in the private, development and not-for-profit sectors and has extensive experience in SME development, developing SMEs and consultants who support them (also known as business development services providers [BDSPs]).

Team leader, chief change catalyst, Caroline Mwazi is an IFC-certified master trainer and assessor and is well-experienced in working international and cross-cultural teams. She is also an IFC-LPI certified trainer and assessor with extensive experience in project management including close client and stake-holder liaison, building and leading project teams and working with them to deliver projects on time and within budget. She is also a certified governance trainer with certification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (IFC-ICSA certification).
We are available to serve regionally and internationally and have to date conducted consulting services in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Tunisia, South Africa, Mexico, Panama and Ireland.
