Rich Africa Entrepreneurship (RAE) is a specialized consulting and training firm founded in 2018 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, dedicated to human capital development and pedagogical innovation across West Africa.
Founded and directed by Adam TAGOUA, a certified Master Trainer in Competency-Based Approach (CBA) and IFC-LPI TPMA Consultant with the World Bank Group, RAE positions itself as a trusted partner for organizations, institutions, and individuals seeking to strengthen their professional and entrepreneurial capacities.

Our Impact
Since its creation in 2018, RAE's interventions have contributed to the training of over 1,200 entrepreneur trainers, the coaching of more than 500 entrepreneurs, and the professional development of consultant trainers on internationally recognized methodologies.
