Trainer

Adam M. Donesse Tagoua has nine years of experience as a trainer. He started his training career in Ghana and Benin, where he worked with about 1,500 potential entrepreneurs and vulnerable women in precarious environments teaching them fundamentals of business creation and management (in accordance with ILO SIYB).

Adam is also an IFC-LPI certified trainer (World Bank Group). He used to train (the World Bank Group) PEJEDEC program beneficiaries in Côte d'Ivoire.

In 2018, Adam created an Abidjan-based service-provider agency “RICH AFRICA ENTREPRENEURSHIP”. The company’s mission is to improve people's living conditions through entrepreneurship and business creation management and development training programs. ​ Via “Rich Africa Entrepreneurship”, Adam initiated a program for teenage entrepreneurs called​ “Young Boss”.

Also, as a reality show producer, he co-produced two reality shows for women entrepreneurs in Abidjan: “COMMAN-YA” and “Miss Supranational Côte d’Ivoire”. ​

Mr. Tagoua is a master trainer in a newly designed methodology named "IMACTION". Together with the Forscot firm, one of the biggest agencies in Côte d'Ivoire, he conducted business and management training for illiterate and low literacy people using images and practical exercises.
