Ms. Truter is an amazing trainer with an excellent understanding of the subject matter. Her introductory session set the tone for her engagement with the participants. It offered participants who were deficient in virtual meeting platforms an opportunity to get acquainted with these before the commencement of the main session. She painstakingly explained the concepts and how participants can apply them in their training programs. She allowed participants to share their experiences while facilitating training programs. This allowed other participants to learn from their peers.
