Romuald Mentor is a certified public accountant, IFC-LPI TPMA Certified Trainer, and a university professor. He holds a business administration degree and a bachelor's degree in law. He also completed a master's program in accounting, control, and audit. He is managing a team of 13 auditors and is currently the director of the internal audit at a bank, following fifteen years of experience as an auditor. Mr. Mentor provides training for junior employees to plan, execute an audit mission, and communicate the results. He has developed deep expertise in identifying, and evaluating risks as an advisor to the board and the executives.

Building on his broad experience, he is teaching audit, professional ethics, and accounting at the university undergraduate level. He provides training and technical assistance in audit, ethics, marketing, accounting, and control to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) staff helping them to be more competitive and improve their efficiency. Before moving to the bank, he served as an auditor in an accounting office where he provided technical support to SMEs and non-profit organizations for four years.

During his career, he has built a reputation for managerial experience, innovative strategic thinking, working with the highest level of integrity, and a deep and passionate commitment to his clients and his employers. He intends to strengthen his career as a trainer and advisor for SMEs.
