Sarah is an SME owner of Leverage Project Consultants Limited (20 years). For the past 19 years, she has been working as a professional management consultant and trainer. Sarah is a graduate of Kenyatta University, she holds a bachelor’s in economics and business administration degree. She has a strong leaning to finance, having started off her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (legacy firm Price Waterhouse) in 1996. She is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) with 19 years of post-qualification experience. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Sarah’s expertise (14 years) lies in the strengthening of SME value chains in the areas of development, customization, and localization of training content, web-based and class-based training, and mentoring of SME clients. She operated a franchise under the banner of the Business Edge from 2010 to 2017. During that time, she was able to provide business management solutions to SMEs in financial management, human resource management, and soft business skills. Her core competencies are in financial management, financial literacy training, business planning, leadership, governance, and succession planning and motivation.

Sarah completed the Instructional Design (ID) course in 2016. She has a wealth of experience in the development, customization, and localization of training content. She was certified by the IFC Business Edge program in 2009 and is a gifted trainer. In 2010 she was also certified as a business mentor with the International Labor Organization (ILO).

TRAINER OF TRAINERS PER EXCELLENCE !

Sarah Mbinji has been an exceptional trainer throughout the course, from her delivery to a consistent flow of energy and her ability to take a daunting course and simplify it, so it seems infinitely do-able. She has taken what is usually an area of difficulty for most (public speaking and in this case for training purposes) and made it extremely simple. I found the training techniques of GLOSS, EASE, FEED, and OFF invaluable. Not forgetting the tips on handling difficult training situations LAP_ACT !!! My suggestion to anyone planning to polish their training skills & training etiquette is to register for Sarah's FLO course it will set you up for long-term success!!! Thank you Sarah for helping me to up my game!!!
