Sandra Ihenacho, IFC-LPI TPMA trainer and assessor, IFC master trainer, certified transformational coach, certified team and group coach, and signatory to the IFC Principles for Learning

Sandra Ihenacho is a learning and development consultant delivering primarily training, coaching, and mentoring solutions. She is a certified transformational coach, certified professional group and team coach, and Kirkpatrick certified professional (bronze level) with over 16 years of professional experience. Sandra has designed and developed training content for many organizations and trained over 1,000 participants. Sandra has also moderated strategies and envisioning sessions and consulted for MSMEs and public sector institutions. She has experience speaking on workplace learning matters at domestic and international conferences. Sandra always brings passion, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to her work, whether designing courses, conducting training sessions, managing training projects, mentoring, or coaching teams or individuals. In 2013, Sandra received an HR Award from Career Nations in Ghana in recognition of her mentoring roles. She is known to many as “The Oracle”.
