This is a self-paced, online course. It is available in English and French. The course is hosted on the WBG Edcast platform. Please follow these instructions in English or French to register for the course.

I am having technical issues. Who can help me?

One of the most common problems users report is that they are not able to print a certificate of completion. You will only be able to print or download the certificate of completion if you finish all three modules and the evaluation at the end of the course. If at least one of those is pending, the option to print or download will not be available.

Please also note that the Edcast website login authentication process has changed effective September 24, 2022, and some of the users who were not active for the past year have been removed from the front-end system. Please follow the steps below to log in or create an account on the OLC website. The preferred browser to use is Google Chrome.

  1. Clear cache and cookies from the browser, then log in to the Edcast website using your email address. After you enter the email address, if you receive a message that your account does not exist, please follow step 2. However, if the system identifies your account and requests to enter the password, enter the password you use for logging on to your email account. 
  2. Clear cache and cookies from the browser, then go to the Edcast website and proceed to create a new account on the Edcast website using the same email address. The account creation will not remove the course you have already completed and the courses that were in progress.

If you receive an error message that your account does not exist or you already have an Edcast account, please share the screenshots of the error message with the Edcast support team by emailing them at olcsupport@worldbank.org.
