What is IFC Training of Trainers (ToT)
The IFC ‘Training of Trainers’ workshop will enable you to prepare: how to transfer knowledge and skills effectively; how to influence attitude positively and how to accelerate learning at workplace successfully. Benefits
- Training of Trainer (ToT) is a globally recognized trainer program by IFC. After completing this program you will receive a certificate from IFC.
- This program qualifies you for Learning Performance Institute (LPI) certification and you can become a certified trainer after passing the LPI assessment.
What are the prerequisites for participating in the program?
You must complete the Foundations of Learning and Finding Your Path for Facilitation courses. The master trainer will explain these and other requirements during the information session.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes, participants will receive the certificate of completion of the IFC "Training of Trainers" course provided that they:
- complete the prerequisite Foundations of Learning course
- attend all 4-day sessions
Can I get certified at the end of the program?
Yes, the IFC-LPI TPMA assessment will be offered at the end of the program.
What is included in the attendance fee?
The attendance fee of PKR 149,000 only covers the cost of participation. There is an additional charge of US$ 300 for the IFC-LPI TPMA assessment and certification.
