Webinar 3: Providing Post-Training Support

November 19, 2020

Effective training doesn't stop after the initial training event. Reinforcement of the acquired knowledge and skills should be an integral part of any training program. This webinar aims to answer the following questions:

  • Why is post-training support so beneficial for both trainers and learners?
  • How to create a post-training support plan?
  • How should trainers adapt it for different contexts?

This webinar guides participants through the process of designing and implementing programs that accelerate the transfer of learning. Participants learn how to:

  • Design and implement post-training support programs.
  • Adapt these plans to different learning situations.
  • Create lasting impact for learners.
