Webinar 39: Building an Inclusive Learning Culture: Strategies for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in L&D

January 18, 2024

In an ever-changing world, the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is increasingly recognized across all sectors of society. DEI refers to creating an environment where individuals of different races, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and age feel welcomed and valued regardless of background.

Studies have shown that workplaces with diverse and inclusive cultures have better business outcomes. McKinsey & Company's "Diversity Wins" report found that companies with more diverse executive teams outperformed their industry peers in profitability by 33%.

During the webinar, participants learned how learning and development professionals can help organizations build inclusive and diverse cultures that drive innovation, enhance productivity, and foster creativity.
