MODERATOR

NnekaDr. Nneka Okekearu is a distinguished business development specialist with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering transformative programs that boost leadership and management skills—especially for women entrepreneurs. Holding a doctorate in Entrepreneurship focusing on gender dynamics, she serves as the Director at the Enterprise Development Centre of Pan-Atlantic University. She is a member of the University’s Management Council. As an IFC-certified master trainer and assessor, she spearheads initiatives to certify business development specialists across Nigeria while acting as a certified leadership instructor and accredited online facilitator.

Her strategic leadership spans prominent initiatives, including Mastercard Foundation's Transforming Nigerian Youth program, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women's Road to Growth Program, and the World Bank’s WomenX Program. A passionate advocate for gender mainstreaming and mentorship, Dr. Okekearu has guided over 300 business leaders to significantly enhance their revenues, profit margins, and market share. Additionally, her research in business ethics, women’s entrepreneurship, sustainability, and leadership complements her roles on several prestigious boards and affiliations with professional bodies.

NatalieNatalie Beinisch is the Executive Director of Circular Economy Innovation Partnership in Lagos, driving research, advocacy, and programs that promote circular economy business and investment in Nigeria. Previously, she led responsible investment initiatives at Aegon Asset Management and the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics.  

 

 

 

WeyinmiWeyinmi Eribo is the Pioneer Director-General of Nigeria's Women Chamber of Commerce, driving economic empowerment for women-led businesses. With over 14 years of experience across oil and gas, enterprise development, and nonprofit leadership, she has forged impactful collaborations with governments and financial institutions. A trained geologist and Acumen West Africa Fellow, she holds multiple global certifications and leadership roles supporting women entrepreneurs.  

 

 

AdesunmboAdesunmbo Adeoye is the founder of the Inspiring Change Initiative, which empowers women through mentorship, education, and entrepreneurship. She leads programs like the Annual Inspiring Change Conference and markets women's training, fostering a purposeful and equal future. Known as a game changer, her work inspires individuals to turn vision into impact.
